not limited to customized hardware, software, and accessories. Our company will ensure that these products are fully compatible with the customer's existing hardware and software.
However, the customer acknowledges that any modifications made to their hardware or software, including the installation of our customized products, may void any manufacturer
warranties or service agreements. Our company will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from the installation or use of our customized products. The customer agrees to
indemnify and hold our company harmless against any claims or damages arising from the installation or use of our customized products.
Fees
Our fees for services will be determined by our company and will be communicated to you prior to the provision of services. Our fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the services. We accept cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer or crypto. If payment is not received within 30 days of completion of
services, our company reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the rate of up to 15% per month or cancellation of consulting services.
Confidentiality
Our company respects the confidentiality of our client's information and will not disclose any information provided to us during the provision of services to any third party without prior written
consent from the client.
Liability
Our company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or damage to hardware or software. Our liability is limited
to the fees paid for the services provided.
Warranty
Our company warrants that our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 30 days of the completion of services
and we will endeavor to resolve the issue. Our company will not be responsible for any issues arising from the use of hardware or software that is not supplied by us.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based.
Amendments
Our company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of
the amended terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between our company and you in relation to the provision of services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings

Commercial Software
Our company is not licensed to sell any commercial software unless specifically stated as an authorized seller on our website. We do not provide any warranties or support for any third-party
software purchased by the customer. However, our company may add third-party software or login credentials to the customized system built for each customer, even if the customer does not provide a valid license or the software is freely available for use.
Third-Party Services
Our company does not provide any third-party services such as internet service provider (ISP), cable TV, or streaming services. However, we may add these services to the customized system
built for each customer upon request, provided that the customer provides all necessary information and permissions to access their accounts. The customer acknowledges that any
issues arising from the use of third-party services are beyond our company's control, and our company will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of these
services.
By using our technology consulting services and purchasing our customized products, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these additional terms and conditions.
